Clarinetist Elias Rodriguez has performed internationally throughout the Americas and Europe. From performing Carl Maria von Weber's concerti live on National Public Radio (NPR’s « From the Top ») and New York's WQXR to solo Jewish Klezmer music at the United States Embassy in Paris and with Ensemble Calliopée, Elias has also performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City. A native of Dallas, Texas (USA), Elias comes from a Mexican family of guitarists and singers. Upcoming features include a duo concert this May at the Teatro Metropólitan in Mexico City alongside his uncle, Mexican singer and actor, Pablo Montero, and a jazz recital this June at La Fondation des États-Unis in Paris with his duo partner, French pianist Clément Huber.
